DEAN: A real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Gundaker by day and a professional folk dancer by night. Dean has been a troupe member of the Tango Rosa Dance Co for four years. He has enjoyed dancing as long as he can remember. As a child, he did the traditional Greek dances at weddings and other gatherings, and in 1982 he became one of the founding members of "Kyklos - Hellennic Folklore Ensemble" and has been the director of the the Greek folk dance troupe since 1988. Being the director of this troupe inspired him to learn about other traditional dances, and in 1999 a friend of his from California introduced him to Tango Argentino, and he has been fascinated ever since. The music, the emotion, the interplay between the dancers... these inspire him to one day be a master of the Tango.
